Field position (starting points) –(5 man) The game will begin with a team starting on their own 5 yard line. The offensive team has an opportunity to gain 1 first down by reaching the 25 yd line.
--Change of possession (4th down) – On fourth down the offensive team has two options, 1.) The can go for it (either gain a 1st down or touchdown)
2.) They also have the option to turn the ball over which will put the opposing team back on their own 5 yard line
(7man) – Each team will begin on their own 14 yard line. They have the opportunity to get a first down by reaching the 20 yd line, the 40 yd line and the opposing 20 yd line. On 4th down, the offensive team can either go for it or punt.
Punting – (7 man only) All offensive men shall remain on the line of scrimmage until the ball is kicked.
The receiving team has the opportunity to play the ball in the air or off a bounce, once the ball makes contact with a player and then makes contact with the ground or the players flag is pulled, the offensive team shall take possession from that spot.
No run Zones – (5 man only) any player on the offensive team can advance the ball by running at anytime, anywhere on the field except.
1.) 5 yards prior to the first down marker (25 yard line)
2.) 5 yards prior to the end zone
Any play ran inside these areas must be a pass play.

An extra point may be returned by the defensive team for 3 pts.
Diving – A player may dive under control to advance the ball
Forward Pass - Each team is only allowed 1 forward pass (in front or behind the line of scrimmage) on each offensive play.
Time Outs – Each team will begin each half with 2 timeouts. If 1 timeout is not used by the 2 minute warning, a timeout will be lost for the remainder of that half.
(Tournament Only) Teams will keep both timeouts each half

Every player on the field of play must have a legal flag on and buckled. If a player does not have a flag on when the ball is put into play, it will result in an equipment foul.
Overtime – If a game ends in a tie, overtime will be played. Each team will get the opportunity (4 plays) to score from the 20 yd line. A coin toss will decided who is on offense and defense first. In the event of a tie after the 2nd overtime, each team must go for a 2 pt conversion (10yd line) after their third score and there on until a winner is determined.
Mercy Rule – Officials will call a game in the second half in the event of either of the following taking place.
